St Helens tops the table in the Merseyside, Cheshire & West Lancashire School Breaking Championships (Break Dance)

St Helens tops the table in the Breaking Champs

 

Schools for St Helens have been placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the November heats of Merseyside, Cheshire and West Lancashire School Breaking Championships, which include Breaking athletes for infant, junior and secondary schools competing against each other to win gold for their schools.

 

The November competition took place at Base Dance Academy in Ormskirk on Saturday 25th November.

 

Competitors from schools across the three counties compete once a month to score points for their school depending on which place they exit the tournament, the scores are totalled and contribute to the school’s overall points.

 

The culmination of the last three months has ranked the schools in the following positions:

 

Secondary School

1st Place – De La Salle High School

2nd Place –King David Secondary School

3rd Place – Rainford High School

Out of 263 Secondary Schools

 

Primary School

1st Place – Fazakerley Primary School

2nd Place –Dovedale Primary School

3rd Place – Our Lady’s Bishop Eton Primary School

Out of 823 Primary Schools

 

Infant School – Age 4-6-year-olds

1st Place – St Peter C.E Primary School (Newton-le-Willows)

2nd Place – St Julie’s Catholic Primary School

3rd Place – Holland Moor Primary School

Out of 823 Primary Schools

 

Open Age Girls – Infant, Primary & Secondary School

1st Place – Willow Tree Primary School

2nd Place – Prescot Primary School

3rd Place – Outwood Academy Haydock

Out of 1086 Primary and Secondary Schools
